Classified Application Process

To apply for a classified position in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, please go to EdJoin.org.  

 

The following must be attached to the Ed Join application: 

Cover Letter: Include a cover letter outlining your professional interest, skill and other information that will help assess your qualifications.

Resume: Include an up-to-date resume.

 

Open positions are posted for 5 business days.  Interviews will begin once the posting has closed.  Permanent positions are filled in accordance with bargaining unit agreements.  Regular District employees are given first consideration.  We do not maintain eligibility lists. 

Classified Substitute Application Process - Student Workers, Enrichment Para, and Summer Substitutes Only

Student Workers (students within the  San Ramon Valley Unified School District), Enrichment Para's, and Classified Summer Substitutes:  Please click on the link and complete the required application form.  All areas outlined in red are required.  Your application will be submitted directly to the Classified Human Resources Department.  Returning substitute workers please fill out the Internal Interest Form.

The San Ramon Valley Unified School District recognizes the California State Employees’ Association as the sole representative of all non-management Classified employees. All issues related to wages, hours and working conditions must be formally bargained before the district can implement them.
