WHAT ARE THE IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES?

January 7—Applications Open

February 15—Applications Close

March 1—Deadline to turn in projects to School Administrators

March 1—9 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Option for students/teachers to drop-off fragile submissions to Bishop Ranch

March 5-7—Judging

March 11—Open House 4-7 p.m. at Bishop Ranch

March 25—Awards Ceremony for winning projects

 

MAY I ENTER MORE THAN ONE CATEGORY?

You may enter up to 3 categories, however, you can only submit one entry per category.

 

MAY I SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE PROJECT PER CATEGORY?

No. You may only submit one project per category.

 

MAY I SUBMIT MY PROJECT ONLINE?

Most of the categories require a live audition and/or a printed, in-person submission. Be sure to review the specific requirements for the category you intend to enter on the categories page.

 

WHERE DO I TURN IN MY PROJECT?

Fill out the submission form found HERE and submit your project by 2 p.m. on March 1, 2019 to the Administrator at your school. See list below:

 

WHEN DOES THE PERFORMING ARTS JUDGING TAKE PLACE?

The Performing Arts judging takes place between February 25-27, 2019.

February 25 — Dance (Cal High)

February 26 — Instrumental Music & Piano (DVHS)

February 26 - Drama (MVHS)

February 27 —Culinary Arts (Del Amigo)

February 27 - Vocal Music (SRVHS)

Sign ups will be posted on the SRP webpage and links to the sign ups will be posted on each high school.

 

WHEN DOES THE LEADERSHIP, ENTREPRENEUR AND ENGINEERING JUDGING TAKE PLACE?

March 4th, 2019 at California High School.
