Counterfeit SRVUSD Coronavirus Message

We are disappointed to inform you that we have discovered counterfeit messaging circulating about the SRVUSD and coronavirus. The counterfeit message closely mimics the official SRVUSD language used in our coronavirus updates, is written on imitation District letterhead and states that classes have been postponed starting on Monday, March 16th. We are currently looking for the source of the counterfeit messaging.


When you receive a message from the SRVUSD, you can verify its validity in 3 ways and we encourage you to do so:

The timely dissemination of accurate information during this time of confusion and uncertainty is critical to the safety and well-being of our entire community. The District is committed to continuing its regular updates. Please be on the lookout for counterfeit messaging and verify communications per the above methods.
